Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Inkthreadable. This means each item is made specifically to order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Made‑to‑Order Items

Because our products are custom‑made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We strongly recommend checking the size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, we’re very sorry about that and will make it right.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival

  • The print quality is faulty

  • The wrong item was received

How to report an issue

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or refund in line with Inkthreadable’s returns process.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to Inkthreadable due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect from a delivery point

We may need to charge for re‑shipping or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.


Size Issues

As all items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues where the item matches the size ordered.

If the item received does not match the size ordered, this will be treated as a faulty item and covered under our replacement policy.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 working days for us to process the refund once approved

  • Additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.
